PHILOSPHY
Stoicism, which was born from Hellenistic philosophy, is the idea that while we can't control external events, we can control our reactions and perceptions. By living with reason, we can achieve inner peace. Stoics emphasise virtues like wisdom, courage, and temperance, believing a virtuous life leads to happiness. Stoicism also stresses accepting fate (amor fati) without resistance. In other words, focus on what you can control, and accept the rest with grace.
