PHILOSPHY
Existentialism seeks individual freedom, choice, and responsibility in a world without inherent meaning. It pushes the idea that people define themselves through their actions and decisions. Existentialists often feel strong feelings of anxiety or despair due to the absence of certainty. Some believe this means you are free to create your own meaning, but this freedom comes with responsibility.
